You have the lowest ATA of all races. There isn't anything to discuss.

before this update i hqad no problem hitting 7/10 or 8/10 times

Hmm i don't remember the patch details saying anything like this.
Ajustments: Due to ownage we on Sonic Team have decided to decrease Beast ATA by 75% to make the game more fair and balanced.To further offset the imbalance we divided the ATA difference between Humans,Numans,and Rappys.Note we also gave CAST New SUV weapon called Ford Explorer.

There's no difference, Sega haven't 'nerfed' Beasts. (If they have, I sure as hell haven't noticed, and my beast is my main character)

Use a more accurate weapon, thats all I can sugest... thats what moatoob weapons are for afterall...

you must have used a very weak weapon with very low ata like a c rank saber or some thing like that i dont know but trie using a higher rank weapon like a b-rank claw or double claws.

You must have switched classes OP.
All your stats go down from lvl 10 Hunter to any lvl 1 expert class.
They'll go back up once your expert class lvls a few times.

Actually, I got mine from the latter end of the first mission you take on Neudiaz. Came from a box even!
