My shop is broken!!! :(

I have the 360 version. My shop no longer comes up when you do a search for one of the items that I have one sale. It comes up when you search for my characters name and the ad though. I haven't had a single person in my shop in 2 days...I checked the log.

I spent a lot of time building up my shop and I had a ton of materials that I wanted to put on sale today that I had been saving (stuff to make 7* weapons, armors, etc) and now people can't find my shop? This is very frustrating.

Has Sega said anything on the matter? Is there anything I can do to fix it?

There is update lag.

I had my shop not showing up earlier, and it shows up now. It seems to fluctuate a bit.

Nope. I've never locked it. I just checked and it is definitely unlocked.

Correction, its been 3 days since I had a visitor. I thought today was the 8th when I made my original post. It takes them 3 days?

It only takes X number of shops and puts them on the list if there are too many shops with Y item.

I searched nearly every item in my inventory. I even put some rare items in there (crea saber and relic edge) and it didn't come up. It doesn't come up for anything.

The shop search index in PSU only seems to update every so often. I'm not sure what the interval is, but I know that you can search for an item, buy out the stock of that item from a shop, run the same search again and that shop will still appear in the list.

3 days to update the list is way too long, somethings up it seems.

Man, I just checked and now my ad doesn't work either! It worked earlier today and I haven't changed it or anything.

Is this what I'm paying $10 a month for? I'm seriously tempted to call them up and cancel if this doesn't get resolved soon. This is BS.

This has been discussed before here, I believe. Shops are rotated in and out of the list on some unknown basis. Whether or not you've logged in has an impact as well (inactive characters never have their store listed)l, although that's probably not a factor for you.

Either way, it seems that the 360 version has alot of problems...
