i would like to know if there is a very easy Food you can make useing cheep materials

Tear of Light = Trans Acid (CHEAP) + Pannon Jelly (CHEAP) but [B] is expensive.

ah, let me whip out Mealking's cook book...

If you have the mats for it, Blizzardpops are a very cheap 5star food item to make using only 1 cold berry and 1 Balji truffle. Fruit Juice is also a great food item to make, it only requires 1 sweet berry, and 1 hot berry. You can easily buy the sweet berries for 50 meseta at the NPC shops. The same goes for Mixed Juice (1 sweet and bitter berry) and Sweet Smell (1 sweet berry and poison truffle).

[EDIT]Blue Feeters are made with 1 Pannon Jelly and 1 Balji Truffle. Kind of a pain to make if you haven't been doing linear line runs.

You can buy the boards for all of those at the NPC synth shop for 100 meseta. Those are all 5star food items and give you the most bang for your buck if you're intending on using them to feed your mag.

thats the thingi have most of the boards but i can only ever find one half of the ingreadiants :S

If you're refering to some of the boards that use "something sweet." I have the notion we won't see that ingredient til Valentines.

No one has info on that stuff it seems.

Feeding your PM. All food items up Striking and Tech and probably the fastest way to go about making a Striking PM.

So you can balance out feeding food and weapons to your PM to make an all striking PM rather quickly.

Other than that, some of it is good for a laugh. Most of them don't really do much to heal you beyond 30-50 hp. Some will give you status effects like freeze you in place, catch you on fire, knock you down, cause paralysis. Or if it's made by Maya Shidow, may potentially kill you.
