I hate being indecisive

Ok, I'm in a real pickle here. I can't decide between Fortefighter or Fighgunner.

I really like the stats on Fortefighter, and I'm also a big Sword user so S Rank Swords are nice, but I'm not so keen on Knuckles or Claws. I'm kinda neutral on Axes and Spears. Those aren't a factor for me.

But Fighgunner has S Rank Sabers and Twin Sabers, which I'm a fan of. I'm taking a big hit in ATP (going from 475 as FF to 401 with FG), and I'm also losing out on 30 DFP if I switch. I'm not terribly partial to Daggers, and the Double Saber isn't a factor for me; I'll use it if I decide to switch, but it's no loss if I stay as FF. If I want to switch to Fighgunner I'm also going to have to suffer through 3 levels of Ranger.

Though, after reading my own post I'm leaning twords staying Fortefighter. If anyone can come up with some reasons that make Fighgunner more attractive (to me) then I'm all ears.

Well, as a Fighgunner, you get Double Sabers (which, if you get 99 PA fragments, you'll eventually be able to get Tornado Dance), but I know you said it wasn't a factor. Otherwise, you have to keep in mind the ATA and ATP- Fortefighter nets more ATP and less ATA, whereas Fighgunner gives both decent ATP and ATA. I know I've repeated a lot of what you said, but in the end, think about it- which weapons will you want to use 2 years from now?

Does everybody have this problem? Seems like every 5 seconds someone makes a Fortefighter vs. Figunner thread.

Well if Fighunner has the weapons you like I would go that route.

I forgot to mention, I'm a level 51 M Cast, so ATA isn't a problem.

Double Sabers.

I decided I liked Sabers/Twin Sabers more than Swords.

EDIT: Level 20 Bullets are a nice bonus too.

I don't really care for Claws or Double Sabers, so those cancelled out, and I'm neutral on Axes and Spears, so those cancelled out. Daggers had no impact on my decision.

Besides, I have no money anyway, so levelling Ranger will give me a chance to save up some meseta.
