Christmas shoppers in Germany are horrified. Across the country, models of Santa Claus in shop windows appear to be giving the Nazi salute. Some chains have already removed them from the shelves.

Actually the Lesser-Reporter only sends the picture.
Lesser -> Reader
(but it wouldn't be false if you would read lesser English *g*)

This "Lesser-Reporter" action is pretty hard criticized from different sources.

And there was already legal issues about this.
(Since often it wasn't asked for the allow to send/use the picture)

Also Bild isn't really a trustworthy source.
Which uses doubtful procedures to make reports.
