Weapon Recovery

I was looking on PSUpedia and it says Yohmei twin daggers have a 6 recovery. Then Fighgunners have a 25% recovery increase. So wouldn't that be 7 recovery then? or is the 6 include the 25% bonus already?

Recovery is how much PP you regenerate per tick. Yohmei weapons regenerate 125% per tick compared to GRM, and Fighgunners regenerate 125% of their weapons regen rate... more or less.

Yeah I know that but I mean like. GRM daggers have a 4 pp recovery a tick. But with my 25% bonus I regenerate 5 pp tick. Yet Yohmei say they have a 6 pp recovery a tick and the 25% bonus should make it recover 7 pp a tick correct? Yet in game I only regenerate 6 pp a tick while GRM do recover the 5 that they should.

Usually on weapon listings I see two tracks, one showing the regen for the classes with a bonus, and one for regen without, and that takes the 25% into account.
