Maximum Job levels?

Can I raise each job and expert type to its maximum level, or is there an overall cap on how many job levels your character can hold (example: Photon Ability cap of 32)?

No, as far as I've seen, there's no cap on that.

From what I read... 10 is the max now... but they might raise it to 20.

Sorry, what I ment to say was that I was worried there was a limit on how many levels one could distribute between the job and expert types.

Talk of this didn't spark any clues of what I ment to say so, I suppose it was just pre-release speculation.

I now assume that players can eventually achieve level 10 in every job and expert type.

Each job has a cap of 10, but the current total cap of all jobs is 100

But I believe anyone who insists on puttting their name at the end of every post must have an IQ less then 80, and the reason for putting it there is so they don't forget their name.

I do not believe there is a cap for the levels. I am almost positive you can max every job type and not have any issues.

Responding saying you have a higher IQ proves my point... but anyway.

Saying 100 is wrong, in one of the latest Japanese updates I believe the cap was raised to 20 for each job. If it was a 100 cap then there would be a limit, and I am pretty sure you can get the max level for every job. I can't say it as an absolute fact seeing as I don't think anyone has maxed out all their jobs yet.

But to do it when


Your (Forum) Name is beside every single post.
Your name is already in your signature.
People couldn't care less who you are.

let me put it this way, people put their names and crap in their sig saying who they are on PSU, but people on PSU recognize me because I put THE JACKEL at the end of every post, so whatever. IE: Search for ljkkjlcm9 and you'll always find me, but search for JACKEL and you won't always get me, because other people use that name too

technically theres no max, you can max out every job if you so please. saying the max is 100 is just splitting hairs and being a little anal about it.

There is no limit to how many job lvs you can raise, the only thing that would limit you is the 36 PA limit, but if you don't mind relearning PAs then there's no problem.
