Actually, I think it'd have to be a Reform Ticket, not a Decoration. That way, it could put a Jukebox in the corner somewhere, and you could access it like your shop terminal. A room decoration wouldn't allow that option, you'd just pick it up.

It'd be cool, too, if you could set your room music and then have an option where other people can set it for a certain amount of meseta, which you determine. That way, I could say 'Hey, it's a party, we're listening to this, and it'll be 250 meseta to change it.'

A better thing would be something like PM ZERO where if you feed it to your PM it allows you to costomize what songs are played where in the game so you can play... I dunno, Burning Rangers while fighting in Grove of Fanatics or something.
