I can't exactly read Japanese to find out for myself on their sites... so does anyone know exactly what they have versus what we have?

We have a bunch of missions, and tons of S-rank missions. Off the top of my head...
Twilight Mizuraki, Hive 1 and 2, Linear Train (Parum), Sewers, Caves, Denes Relics...
S-ranks: Mizuraki 1 & 2, Shikon, Agata Relics, Lakeside, Endrum, Labs, All moatoob missions
We also can buy up to 8 star in stores, and 9 star boards.
2nd PAs for melee weapons, Dark/Light bullets, Damu Techs, Ra Megid, standard Buffs, Debuffs
Bruces Mission
Episode 2 Chapter 2, 3, 4
This week we're also getting Chapter 5, aswell as PA Frag shops (Megid, Giresta, Nosu Techs, 3rd PAs for melee weapons, 7th and 8th bullets for guns)

No, because we were content knowing they had "EVERYTHING" Then Itsuki went and itemized it.
It's like knowing you're dumber than someone, then getting back some test scores that prove just how much dumber you really are.
Eh, true that, true that. I'm just annoyed at all the people comparing what we have to what they have.

I feel you PJ. I hate it when ppl get angry when comparing JP psu to the US/EU psu. We just have something to look forward to.

I really don't envy the JP players that much. They've had to put up with all kinds of server instability, glitches, and, yeesh, even had all thier characters reintialized the first month of playing. If it makes you feel better, think of them as the guinea pigs for the future content that we are going to get in US/EU.

Well unless sega plans to change their tune your gonna have to know your kanji before that happens.Also we are geting every thing they are at a faster pace now to if im not mistaken they are geting biweekly updates still.While we are now geting weekly.

I really don't know why they call it sewers. But its the Moatoob cave mission that goes along the underground river thing. Ends in Megana. Unless I'm confusing caves and sewers. But I'm pretty sure caves is the one thats just well... caves.
Either way, its one of the hardest missions in the game. There must be like 25 Grina Beats in that area. Not to mention all the other bad things, including explody robots, and the boss at the end. It and hive are just in their own league.
