I think the problem actually lies with the christmas update. The item would normally drop from Rappies in Linear Line S (and anywhere else S-rank that has rappies). But since its christmas time its all Santa Rappies right? Which don't drop it I don't think.

what exactly does this unit do? Is it a conserve pp item? Does it reduce the cost of pp used for a PA?

From the name, it reduces the PP cost of skills but increases the cost of bullets, and probably significantly.

Giga/Skill PP Save, reduces the PP Usage of Skills but raises usage on Bullets. Giga/Bullet PP Save does the oppisite. There's also a unit I believe called Tero/PP Save which lowers the PP Usage of BOTH Skills and Bullets, but I don't believe it is online yet, on both JP or NA/EU PSU.

..is crazy. I haven't bothered using either, because that's too much of a drawback in stats for my tastes.
And I doubt it affects techs, because it says on its second page: Strike PP usage (up/down arrow) and Firearm PP usage (up/down arrow) depending on what unit you're looking at. Also, yes I did see a Tero/something PP that lowered both strike/firearm PP usage.

i wonder if the reduction is high enough to warrent me loosing 50 atp for more gun fire...

shim whats that mission you farm for that freakin dark armor thing again and how do you spot the spawn layout that has all the rare eneimes?

I think you said that mission comes with the hive but I need refreshing.

Nah, the online ones don't have any stats. Skill saver is 75%/200%; bullet saver is 150%/75% respectively.
