ive seen ppl saying when their luck is at 3 they are going to synth all their good weps, well luck doesnt affect your synthing , only drops and grinding correct?

You must be able to because Travis in on the US version. I believe he has a shop with a character Travis IV plus he knows others who would play the US version like me.

i heard that luck will influence elemental percents but ive yet to see a difference my self

I did notice that on a 3 Luck day that the percents were higher but it could have been coincidence.

From the PSU Perfect Bible, Luck influences drops if the leader has luck, and grinding. That's it.

Even if luck influenced elemental percentages, which it doesn't...that has no impact on this thread. He's synthing a gun.
