go to where you buy remodeling tickets and you buy it for 15000 meseta.

its cool,i think its on the floor with the items on it in gaurdians its right across from it go to the guy in the midle

Shopping Mall A, floor 2. It's the shop with the yellow building on the door and the guy in the middle of the other two inside sells remodling tickets for your room.

Also, don't buy the closed one. That will remove your shop and not actually close it. If you want to close your shop just lock your door instead.
