Where do we get the new PAs?

Well I mean, I just looked at the Guardian Colony shops and saw nothing new (Technic wise at least). Maybe I'm just blind.

The venders have split and each one sells a specialty (force based, ranger based, hunter based) of PA's, Bullets and TECHs.

The only new PA's are for the new weapons and you can buy them anywhere.
