PSU: Need help settling a bet

So my friend and I have made this bet, and we have a HUGE amount of meseta riding on this. The bet is that a fortecher can use lv 30 bullets. He is a fortegunner and believes only them and the protransers can go up to 30. Every screenshot of the expert classes that i've seen says that I'm right. Anybody have the 100% correct anwser?

Unique trait - Exclusive access to Staves and Level 30 Techniques. Only class that has S rank on Bows, Cards, and Rods.
Photon Art Distribution - Level 1 Weapon Skills, Level 30 Bullets, Level 30 Techniques
Requirements - Job Level 10 Force

edit: Guntechers can also use 30 bullets

Every credible online source will tell you, that Fortetecher can use level 30 Bullets.

And yes, it's true.

darkgunner, I read that too, but im not too shure how trustworthy it is. It says i can use lv 10 skills, but I can only use lv 1

oh yeah, that was a mistake on my part. my bad.

Fortetecher, Guntecher, Protranser and Fortegunner can all use LV 30 bullets.
