My friend says a lvl.80 striking pm with 20 Tech will be just as effective as a Lv. 90 Striking with 10 Tech or Lv.100 Striking with 0 Tech in synthing items?

Is this true?

For A ranks and S?

How can I confirm this, other then what you say?

Thanks.

yes, thats what those stats do. the higher the better. but it wont be a very large diffrence.

Ok. Thank you....I wonder where my friend heard that the bonus maxes out on Strike PM's at 80 strike =

I think strk weapons max out at 90% succes unless u use blank photons
im not 100% sure though

so maybe he was thinking no need to raise it anymore cause it caps... but the higher the rank of the board the less %success so every % counts
