Ok...I'm not really sure if this is the right place...but still...

Can you use international Credit Cards with the US or EU vers. of PSU?

I wouldn't see why not...I used a US credit card on the JP EpI&II back in the day. As long as its Visa/Mastercard.

EU cards are blocked from US accounts. you have your card's location and your accounts location to be matched. this does seem to be the case for german and UK credit cards tho. heard something about french cards not being affected.

probably to prevent EU people to buy the waaaaay cheaper US guardian's license...

But what about other countries, are they also being blocked?(though one assumes that since the French cards are not affected, then it should not affect others...but still...)
