A few force/tech-related questions...

Okay, so first up, does anyone know when we'll be getting buffs, debuffs, or those two techs that negate a number of attacks?

Secondly, does the amount of stat increase/decrease improve as buffs/debuffs raise in level? I was thinking that offline it seemed to, but I remember reading on here that improving the level of these techs only ups the range and duration.

Finally, do debuffing an enemy count as tagging it or no?

1-No, but I think buffs are after damu-, and I dont think JP has the shields.

For question two, level does affect potency.

Lv 1~10: Lv 1 stat buff / debuff
Lv 11~20: Lv 2 stat buff / debuff
Lv 21~30: Lv 3 stat buff / debuff

Any level inbetween these, I guess you could say boundaries will have the same strength but different durations. For example, comparing level 12 Shifta to level 19 Shifta, they both will have a Lv 2 stat increase (however much that may be), but level 19 Shifta will last longer. Comparing level 12 Shifta to level 23 Shifta, not only does level 23 Shifta last longer, but it is a Lv 3 stat increase versus the Lv 2 stat increase of Lv 12 Shifta.

For your final question, yes, debuffing enemies counts as tagging.
