Neta Note question (extra mode)

Hello, i have all the materials for harrisen battle fan in extra mode, but i am missing a neta note? where can i find one, if anyone knows. thank you

when you S rank the vol bros on moatoob you get one, thats where i got mine. i only EVER found it here tho.

but i did find a hari fan in neudiaz from a box (plant thing with blue glowing crap inside), no element tho but still i found it early on (1st or 2nd neudiaz in story)
