does anyone know wut planet to find the serafi feather it would help out alot

I'm told they can drop off S-rank Rappies in Neudaiz, but due to Christmas, you can't get them right now.

I believe that the holiday rappies can still drop them. Seeing as how holiday rappies can still drop rappy feathers, I don't see why that wouldn't be true.

Itsuki-chan mentioned something about not being able to get a certain rare drop for LL S rappies due to christmas rappies being there.

I'd imagine rappies either drop a feather, nothing, meseta or their rare item, in this case the rare item is replaced by trees.

EDIT: Forgot about meseta drops :/

Hm.. not entirely sure. I seem to remember that the item finding submission that we received on the Serafi Feather stated that it dropped from a holiday rappy.

I had heard the submission was based off the PSU Perfect Bible, but as far as I know, you can only get feathers, meseta, or trees from Saint Rappies.

You CAN get the Serafi Feather from Rappy Noels. I am 100% positive about this. My friend got one last night while we were doing S rank Mizuraki Defense.
