Multiple NPC specific rewards?

Is it possible to recieve the same NPC specific reward fron the same NPC more than once?

Edit: I'm talking about Extra Mode.

I would assume so. I got Spinning Break two times in a row in Story.

Yea, it's possible. Leo gave me Tornado Break like 5 times when I was playing Extra mode.
