ummm i wana make this but i dont know whare the board drops can some1 help me?

It drops in LL S. The chances of it working are slim, you need 15 goldania and 2 relics edges, and you can't wield it until your stats are near the current limit.

Does it have to be fight for food, or can I just re run the first part? Its a little easier and faster.

I've seen data that bel pannons annd deljabans can drop them in both unsafe passage and fight for food s ranks.
