What item sells for must in NPC shops?

NPC's? I don't know. set up your own shop instead. Most items sell very little to NPCs.

Don't sell a christmas tree to them unless it's after christmas because if you have a christmas tree Santa will come and leave a present in your common box per tree you have. So sell your tree if you have one after christmas.
