Rare creature spawns when playing with NPCs?

Does making a run with your PM or other NPC have any impact on a rare creature spawn?

Cany anyone confirm that they have ran into rare creatures when playing with their PM or NPC?

Both times I have run into rare creatures-rappies and bosses-I have had NPCs and a PM in my party. I'm not exactly sure how they affect the spawn rates, but you can still get rare enemies while they are in your party.

Edit: for photographic proof, my rappy and rare boss encounters with NPCs and PMs in party.

Agreed. I've seen Jao and Rappies when with my PM as well.

......it does not effect your chances....I found my first rare rappies on my own, solo baby!

I've been on a terrible dry steak and running out of time finding any Noel Rappies so I was looking for any excuse. I have been playing since launch and I have not seen a single Jao.

Neither have I. I saw a lot of rappies a bit after launch, and I got the Endrum rare set a couple weeks back, but other than that, nothing.
