They are both correct. The coloring is different between the two, but the numbers are the same. Only Sinow is incorrect, sorry dude.

... replace the lvl 3 with lvl 2 and the lvl 2 with lvl 1 and it's right.

He's an arse, if you can't see. Luck lvl 2 is pretty good, but I'd really like a luck 3... I rarely ever get that as a male beast. I remember it twice, and one was the day after the games release, so I didn't benefit much from it
