View Full Version : Crea type weapons vs other 7 star versions

Whats your take?

I started out buying an A rank spear and twin daggers from the shops after the last big update but a few days ago I got a Twin Crea Sabers on a whim. I've switched to all Crea type weapons now (2 twin sabers, a saber and 2 types of twin daggers). Sure they are less damaging but they make every weapon hit loads of baddies.

Any other Human/Newman love these things?

I love my twin Crea sabers. On bosses and other large mobs with multiple hit points, they out damage other 7 and even 8 star weapons with their PAs.

They aren't bad, but they're definitely for general combat use and not for PAs.

Reason: They don't grind so well relative to PA usage. My Twin Claire Sabers get about =10 atp per grind, but 0PP. That's not a typo, Claire/Crea weapons don't grind for PP.

Ya, you don't get any PP for grinding them. And A-ranks in general don't get much ATP for grinding. And when I say don't get any PP I mean they don't get ANY PP AT ALL. As in zero gain.

For for PAs, the Jitseen set is actually a decent bit better (if you don't mind running around with 4s armor). Atleast for single saber. For some of the others, it depends.

I haven't tried to grind weapons yet, so freaking poor all the time I couldn't bare to lose one. Maybe when I make my own stuff it won't be such a lose. Only lvl 40 atm anyways.
