story mode error message

Whenever theres an error message when I am trying to get on to story mode it tries to put it up with Japanese characters but I don't have any program or whatever to put Japanese on my computer so I can't translate it. I was wondering whether there was a way I could change it to English. Please post answers

If you're playing the Japanese version, then you'll need to install your East Asian Langauge Pack for WinXP or whatever OS you're using. It's on your WinXP disk already, just install it. Once you've got that installed, you should be able to display the error message in Japanese. Take a screenshot and post it here. Someone might be able to translate it or recogise it.

That would make sense if I was using the Japanese but I'm not (meant to say that). Is anyone else having this problem?

the point is still the same. It's coming out with a Japanese error message, and without knowing what it says, we have no way of helping.

Just to clarify, you're saying you aren't playing the Japanese version, but still are getting Japanese error messages whenever you want to play storymode? And all you want, is for PSU to give you English messages?

Or do you mean that your PSU gets installed in Japanese, and you want to know how to install it in English?

Uninstall all virtual drive programs. VirtualCloneDrive, Alcohol 120%, Daemons Tools, that should fix it.
