oh its a japanese video about a cartoon tiger learning to use the toilet with fake substitles (if there not fake then thats a sick way to show kids how to use a toliet) featuring a real little boy showing he can do it too

I think Dek is trying to show how people use a whole bunch of fake keywords to get more views on their videos. Yes, I agree that it's annoying.

Oh, that video. There are afew other groups doing that as well. Picheloco have alot of clips that just reference everything under the sun.
