at the weapon customization shop thing it says u have to have a weapon made by them, where do u get them?

Like the Grinder Shop on the colony? The yellow shop? That "Custom" weapon would be the maker "Kubara" or otherwise, the "other" designer. Kubara has a grey symbol.
