Through PC screencaps. Or you could use a Digital Camera on your PS2 and get a really stupid and funny looking picture of your char on your TV; with all the loveliness that follows taking pictures off of TVs.

If you have a PS2 get someone here who uses PC and ask them if they can get pictures.

If you are on the 360, Akaimizu is a great 360 Photographer OR get your own Digital camera and take pictures or buy a Vidio Recorder.

I took mine with my phone. Off my TV. Then retouched it in photoshop. It looks alright.

Your point is invalidated because not everyone has Photoshop(legally or otherwise) and/or knows how to use it. >_________>

Not even on a HD tv either =D It's off some old Television I got for Christmas last year. I'd be happy to take pictures et al for people, if they needed.

EDIT: Original image (taken on a 2MP Sony Ericson w850i Cameraphone & shrunk to prevent thread stretch.)

Back to the original question though, if you're on PC, just hit Printscreen and a screen capture will be saved in your My Documents folder under SEGA. From there just mod the picture however you want using some image editing program, upload it to some webspace, and bam.

Don't try it, Reigast has a pretty high-end camera on his phone. Some of his photos look better than mine or Akamisu(?)'s.

man, I've been looking for a chance to be on this game while SereneShadows is on so that he can take a screen of my character. I would like a sig for him too, that will be pretty sweet.

I took my photo with a digital camera ^_^ sadly my camera tends to wash the color out of my characters face ... it took a bit of photoshop work but i think it turned out alright http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/anime1.gif

"Another way to go about nabbing pictures is through a TV tuner card. Run your video lines in through it, and mash print screen. Short of using a camera with some 'shop skillz, this is about your only other option if you're on 360.


EDIT: "You can also use this method with PS2, but it's easier to just find a PC user and request a snapshot. I'm sure most people will be willing to help. :3

Can anyone tell me the path to the file that has the log of print screens? I know there's a file, and I've been to it, but I forgot the filepath =(

...whyever Sega didn't afford the 360 version with a "print screen" picture taking command is still beyond me. Especially since Microsoft threw in all that Windows Media nonsense into the box.

Did I kevetch about this already here? If so, good. It can't be repeated enough. No screen-capture on the 360 is just plain silly...especially with that whole "send it right to your PC" thing built right in there. Lazy Sega blokes.

I hope someone writes and releases an App for the Xbox Dashboard that lets you take screenshots.

Like, all they have to add is an option in the guide menu to take a screenshot of whatever's onscreen, and bam, can't be that hard.

It's called either 'Print Screen Key' OR, get a camera, dumbass.

And don't get a cheapo one either. It should at least cost 100 dollars to get you something of worthy quality. (Either that or 6 megapixels.)

Funny thing happening to me... I'm on PC, and when I hit 'ol PrtSc... well, the screen acts like it just took a pic, but then it doesn't save it anywhere, and doesn't end up on my clipboard... Any ideas on it?

It should be in My Documents>Sega>Phantasy Star Universe>Screen Shot
