Ok, so I got a couple of Rappy Feathers.

Me and my friend were running that Parum Mission. You know, the one that everyone does on C because they wanna get to the De Ragan mission.

anyway.

Yeah.

We spotted 4 rappies, and so took two each. She got a Meseta Drop, and a feather, and I got two feathers.

Now, I was just wondering what I'd need to make the decoration, as I'm quite interested in making it, or can I sell the feathers in my player shop for quite a bit now?

I'm on 360 if that helps.

Decoration shop in Gaurdian's colony. Buy a Rappy Figure and Synth it with the feathers. I beleive.
