Technically speaking, Swimsuits/bikinis and the next set of clothes were added at the same time if I recall. At the very least, I know the next set of clothes was released with the Episode 2 Chapter 3 update, which also included Bruce's mission. If anything, swimsuits/bikini's got added before that.

But I'm aware that there are three types of swimwear outfits, are you saying that the JP's have them all Itsuki? There's the Swimwear (which you posted, more of a top and a skirt/sarong). The bikini (two piece bikini very revealing as is it's nature). Then some large jacket worn over the character.

I have only seen pictures and other sites showing clothes that the JP's have, and it only lists Swimwear (top with skirt/sarong) as clothes they have. Shows nothing about Bikinis.

Playing ninja in a good exp party, or on NM's is just about the only thing about ffxi that I miss. Too bad doing so was about 10% of my time spent logged in.

I put "Next set (few updates later):" as in, this is not the set coming, but the 2nd set that should come. This is assuming that US gets it in the same order that JP is getting it. This isn't always the case.

For example, US PSU is getting S-ranks in order by level requirements (Atleast appears to be). Meaning you guys are getting the easiest S-ranks first. While on the other hand, JP PSU got them in a pretty random order.

They could very well choose to get more "american"-like clothing first to appeal to the US crowd. I'm only saying thats the order the japanese got them.

Odds are the new clothes are going to be insanely expensive to try and lure people into dumping a lot of the duped meseta into NPC shops to get it out of circulation. Hell, I predict everything in the new update will cost a metric crapload.

2 months, since the US server is 2 months behind the JP server. Not counting christmas and new years, the US server is 5 updates behind the JP server. If you count those two updates, then the US server is 7 updates behind the JP server.
