The only people who openly hated it were the wackjob PSO nostalgia fanboys, but they're all long gone now that PSO2 has taken over the whole of PSOW.

Also, yes, the game itself is an amazingly good time.

Well, so far I have yet to see people openly hate the game, so I guess it's good news. It's pretty fun, after all.
