Well this year was my locally-infamous mint brownies :3 SO GOOD. Other than that I really enjoy baking cookies and I'm getting into baking bread. I got a new stand mixer from my boyfriend for Christmas which means really easy dough mixing

Luckily thanks to the power of advil, the migrane is mostly gone hehe though now I'm totally falling asleep :P What kind of yummy stuff do you like to bake?

Hope that migraine buggers off, I know those suck. I've been staying busy myself, but I've got a little over a week off of work now so all's good. Been enjoying family time and good food the past few days :P My love of baking keeps growing!

Been pretty busy for me too with work, but that should be dying down soon (unfortunately lol) But my holiday is going well, though I woke up with a killer migrane today and its still not gone unfortuantely, But still today is going w ell so far :hug: What'cha been up to lately?

I bought a Flip Cam HD. They're supposed to be good enough for what I want to do, so I'm looking forward to it I'll be sure to link you when I make my first one then :P

Cool, looking forward to the vlogs! What camera did you get? I've been kinda considering a Nikon D3200 in the near future, or a Canon. A nice DSLR with HD video capability would rock

I ultimately want to run the local annual mini-marathon (13.1 miles) in late April, and I saw a nice two-for registration deal on a 5K and a 10K in late March that will really help me see where I'm at. Did a lot of running and swimming over the summer so I'm feeling pretty good about it, as long as my knee doesn't disagree with me :P

Thank you, its going very well for me, and it should (hopefully) continue to do so. I baught a HD camera recenetly cuz I kinda wanna... vlog about my experiences with it :P

Been working on a training regime for a couple of local events I want to run in next year :O Just depends on my knee that I managed to twist last week :P Injury prone as always. Otherwise been finishing up Christmas stuff and I've been closing several projects at work, which is awesome.

ah yes my dad showed me the crane earlier today, pretty scary indeed.... I hadn't heard about the subways though, though I guess that is not surprising.. still realy scary :hug: glad everythings alright, and I hope we don't have to deal with this again

The coverage of it the night it hit was pretty scary, seeing all the flooding and just how quickly everything seemed to go to hell. Seeing that crane dangling on top of a skyscraper in NYC and photos of the subway tunnels filling with water really drove the seriousness of the situation home. Crazy stuff, but I'm really glad you're all good! Hoping people took the storm seriously.

Yeah absolutely, its scary. I saw what they did to our beaches in NJ, and its pretty scary.
