Forgive me if this is repetative, I'm just trying to do some trouble shooting for you

1. Have you turned off vista's User Access Control?

2. Are you trying to use the desktop shortcut installed by the game?

3. Is the account your trying to run it under an administrator account?

It say can not run _exe

I might use that one. Kinda like a Star Wars cover pos, the image fades the lower it gets on the character.
