But I can understand that new games can be more appealing than this game.
I'm mostly looking forward to Diablo 3 myself, and maybe Torchlight 2, to fill up my action-RPG share.

Also a sequel to the Dead Space series, but that was only announced recently, so I don't expect it any time soon.

Went back to focus on work and stuff. A lot of games have been coming out lately within the past few weeks so I've been playing a bit of those here and there. Saints Row The Third releases for me Tuesday so I'm grabbing that for PC, PS3 and XB360. If anyone has it that wants to play, let me know. We can meet up. I'm also trying to pass the time by for PSO2 I cannot wait for that. Sorry, has everyone been wondering where I ran off to again? =/ I'm actually sick at the moment. I think I caught the flu or strep throat or something. But I got work tomorrow.

Yeah, Gundam Extreme Vs is for PS3 as well. I'm not a Sony fanboy, but a lot of the games I want to play are coming out for Sony consoles (even though this is true of Xbox 360, their exclusives don't attract me much). It's a shame you won't be playing it online. But at the very least, you know about the game, which is more than can be said about the gross majority of the gaming public.

And it's a very good question. What the f*** is juice? Is it related to Purple Drank? The world may never know.

Ah, I'm so totally looking forward to PSO2. Hopefully, your plans will work out as you hope, and your hard work will pay off to great success in obtaining the best possible setup for the game. Computer that can run the game at max settings, as well as your beloved alongside you in the game. Well, I'll root for you, not that you'll be able to hear me.

Yeah, my PSP is broken, but no worries, I have another. I've had like several PSPs. My original one from high school (PSP1) was put out of commission during a sudden cloudburst one summer, so I bought another one (PSP2). That original one was bought when PSPs were new, in 2005 or so. I got a PSP-2000 on a whim one day (PSP3) in 2007 or so. PSP1 went to storage, since it was functional only when it was plugged into its AC adapter, and I gave PSP2 away to a girl I had a crush on, whom I no longer talk to. PSP3 is currently getting repairs, after I broke its analog stick going berserk in Gundam vs Gundam NEXT Plus (I main Kira Yamato/Strike Freedom Gundam, who needs to dodge a lot, as he has the lowest HP of his Cost class, as well as units like Domon Kasshu/God Gundam, who is very speedy and need to get in close to attack at all).

At some point before PSP3 broke, PSP1 miraculously began working properly again, and that is what I'm using now, at least until PSP3 is fixed. To say nothing of the PSPs I've bought for people as gifts, of which there are at least two. Seeing as I could just get my PSP3 repaired for less than it would cost to buy a new one, I decided to just do that. A friend of a friend is working on it, and he took the remains of my destroyed laptop for payment, since he builds, rebuilds, and sells computers as a business.

I usually don't mind buying games for my friends, but it's typically just in the case of "I am buying this game, if you want it too, let me know while I'm making this order" unless it's a gift. Like I'm getting one of my friends a copy of Dark Souls because his birthday is in October, but in the case of Gundam Extreme Vs, there's no way I'm allowing that to be a gift. Firstly, it's an import. Secondly, Gundam games are horribly overpriced. But I still got the maximum number of preorders because I know at least two people who would be willing to buy the extra copies off of me, because they don't import games. But since I'm so nice, I don't charge them for the shipping price.

Anyhow, hopefully we'll be tag-matching in PSO2 when the time comes. I'll be looking forward to it. And you can never have too many allies in online RPGs.

No worries, I don't expect anyone to reply as soon as they receive a message from me. Just whenever it's convenient for you to do so is fine.

I was super busy during the last year of PSU PC/PS2 (it was my senior year of university). Before then, I'd been playing pretty consistently and still maintained a steady and acceptable GPA. I started fall 2006, which is when I started university as well, ironically enough. I even bought a new PS2 (the little bitty one) to take with me to play PSU on, since my computer wasn't nearly powerful enough to run it. During my junior year, I'd gotten super busy, and I was on just to get my Casino Silver, but by the time my senior year came around, I couldn't even do that. Just when my workload let up, and my exams and presentations and papers finished up, I find out that PSU is ending. That hurt. I was there for the final days, though. One of the last things I did was participate in a Dark Falz run that had it turn into the Dulk Fakis clone. So I can say I fought it, at least. And most of those PSU friends are on PSOW here, or I have their email addresses in MSN or AIM. Hopefully they've been keeping on top of the PSO2 info.

I had an Alnet character who saw much less screentime than either Komugi or Koyori. For whatever reason. Maybe because I found melee in PSU to be kind of boring? Alnet handled mostly melee, Komugi handled mostly Force-type attacks, and Koyori was a gunner, though there was some overlapping.

My computer's relatively new, since I only bought it this year, since my last computer literally broke to pieces for unknown reasons. I have no idea how it keeps happening, but electronics hate me, and commit suicide. At least my PSP has an excuse for being in repair right now: I broke the joystick playing too hard on it. Same with at least three PS2 controllers. Melty Blood is a hell of a drug. Anyhow, I hope I can play PSO2 on max settings. If not, no biggie. And since I bought a new TV earlier this year too, I'm trying to think of ways to work my laptop so that I can just play PSO2 on my TV, for the sake of awesome.

I should've made a complete introduction before, lol. My name's Alnet, but you can call me Alnet. And yeah, I had an account on here from like 2004, back when I was playing PSO on GCN, but I had like less than 10 posts on it, so I figured it wasn't a huge deal to make a new one.

Ah, so we were both representing PC/PS2 until the bitter, bitter end. If we did play on PSU together at all, it was probably as Komugi or Magical Maid Koyori. Ironically, people knew me more with those two characters online. To this day, people who I played PSU with call me "Mugi."

Anyhow, yes, I am planning on getting PSO2 when it comes out, as well. It's my #1 most wanted game right now, with #2 being Dark Souls (which comes out at the start of October) and #3 being Kidou Senshi Gundam Extreme Vs (which comes out at the start of December). Hopefully I'll see you then.
