Having trouble with Shizuru?

Set class to Vanguard, use x4 Stun EX Traps on Shizuru to kill off his clones. Things get a lot easier from there, but each time he gets hit with a knock-up/down/back attack he'll counter with that shockwave. That being said, best way to win is Stun EX Traps + running around 'till he dies.
