Haha, thanks :P Both our stories are reaching their conclusions, so the emotional ride is reaching its apex. I'm still really blown away by the end of Episode 7 in Stu's story, I can't believe all that happened to Orpheus and the Fifth Fleet, and to Aki specifically. It was incredibly well-written and it really inspires me to do better on my future endeavors. It's sad to be wrapping my story up, but I have plenty of fun side-projects planned, so I'll be updating it for some time.

I'm having the best weekend I've had in a few, it's nice not being sick for once!

*catches it with her mouth, skidding backwards across the ground from the impact* Mmmm~

Trying to take it easy really. Work has been pretty busy so I'm mostly relaxing at home, and getting my diet back in order. Working on my story off and on.

Okay, I'm not sick anymore, HIT ME WITH THE CHEESECAKE.

I have a very love/hate relationship with Spelunky. Honestly, a lot of my runs have ended on some serious BS, most of which are shopkeeper related. I have a lot of maps where I just enter and the shopkeeper is pissed and I hadn't even done anything yet. It's VERY frustrating to have a good run going and then something completely beyond my control off-screen completely fucks it. I like the idea, and the execution's mostly good, but I feel more frustrated by it than entertained most of the time. (And the game deleted all my progress earlier, meaning all my unlocked characters and shortcuts got borked. HOORAY FOR THAT!)

It's good to have games to play. Last year was a great year for games, and I have a shitton of stuff in my backlog that's gonna keep me busy this year too. Just finished up Runner2 tonight. ;D

Cook, Serve, Delicious is super fun. I really need to get back to my restaurant duties! I've been digging into BIT.TRIP RUNNER2 the last week or so. Nearing the end, with only 8 or so stages left. It's been pretty great, but I really enjoyed the first one on Wii too. Second one is definitely more playable and a much prettier game overall.

Weather looks like it's gonna play nice here for this week. At least in the 50's most days with some scattered rain here and there. It'll be a nice break from the minus goddamn 30-40 wind chill days we were having last week, that's for sure.

Other than that, not been getting up to much else. Just getting back into the swing of work after vacation and all that and rotting my brain with videroogames.

Not really. Just sick and bored so I made a new character and going through the grind all over again while listening to music.

Oof o_o *tackled* I'm still sick, my tummy's not feeling well and I'm still recovering from the flu. I'm on a steady diet of applesauce and bananas and crackers, which is about all I can keep down, so I'll have to pass on the cheesecake for now :\

I completely forgot AGDQ for all my sick misery, but I've heard it did incredibly well this year. One million raised is no joke.

AWWW MAAAAN. How about dat AGDQ? Holy shit. So many fantastic runs (Super Metroid race, BLINDFOLDED PUNCH OUT/SUPER PUNCH OUT), and not to mention $1,000,000! I guess I don't have to give up all hope in the gaming community JUST yet.

Here's how you know Chelsea is reeeeally sick: The thought of eating cheesecake (or more accurately, eating anything) nearly gives me a gag reflex >_< This suuuuuucks. Save some for me later

I've had a really great holiday break, and today's my last day off but I'm ready to get back to work. Been sitting around too long :P This weekend's been fun, played Just Dance 4 with some friends last night and overall got all relaxed up.

It has been quite the vacation, but I am totally ready to go back to work tomorrow...though...not in the MINUS GODDAMN ELEVEN DEGREES they're saying it's going to be in the morning, that's for goddamn sure. It's been a nice amount of time off and my head's unusually clear these days, so I'm in a pretty good mood to start things off. How's things on your end?

That's a pretty solid list. Having seen The Last of Us and Bioshock Infinite on so many lists of people whose opinions I respect last year has earned them both a spot on "things I wanna get to this year" that's for sure. I have Zelda downloaded on my 3DS, bought Bioshock on the sale, and snagged a copy of The Last of Us, so I've got quite a bit to keep me busy xD Mostly been digging on Runner2 the last few days. I really liked the first one, but Runner2 is definitely a much better stab at what they were going for I think.

Why yes I have been playing FE:A lately! It is more fun than I thought it would be as I have never played a Tactical RPG until this game. I'm too much of a coward to play classic mode though, sooooo yeah.

Meh, I've been playing Pokemon Silver (on my phone) along with Pokemon X and they feel about the same in terms of difficulty outside of a few things that make X a little less tedious.

Other than those two games I've been playing Borderlands 2 with a friend, Diablo 3 with my parents, and Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate.
