    Try my PSO2 Tweaker (http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?t=207248) and try the following options, in order:

    "Check for missing files"

    After that's done, try "Check for PSO2 Updates" and hit "No" and let that finish. That *should* make sure everything is A-OK!
