im sorry idk much about it im barely gonna join again, i know no Japanese so all i know is that u need a Japanese copy of the game, then google the Japanese billing site i think, then try to translate it if u can and put in your credit card info and everything as if u were to set up a US account. then u should be able to log into the game using your user name and possword
