Hey sorry I didn't reply earlier, I always forget to look at my notifications. It's so small up there in the corner.
Anyway, that laptop you posted will play PSO2 and lots of other games just fine. 'Course, there are other ones you can get that'll also do fine, but to recommend something you'd have to give me more to go on, such as: budget, importance/non-importance of portability, is it just for gaming or are you going to use it for other things as well (and what would those things be). etc.
unfortunately desktop is better money wise but I'm rather mobile alot whether it's using the wifi at the business center (if i don't feel like being in the house), going to the library or even going over a friends house :/
One thing threw me off....the other day I saw ATI laptop at bestbuy that "total graphic memory" was 4GB but dedicated was only like...maybe 512MB of it....
Yet....the Asus gaming laptop they had at bestbuy had 2GB of dedicated memory but even the total graphic memory wasn't that much......*mind blown*
Of course idk if the drivers on the floor model where up to date on them but still confused me ><
My PC can run PSO2 on max settings in fullscreen....which, honestly, I didn't think it would be able to do. I mean, I'm not complaining, but I wasn't expecting it. But hey, graphics aren't everything. As long as you can play, then you're golden.
Nothing exciting. Uploaded all my PSO2 screenshots for the day a bit ago. Getting ready to go to sleep, and perusing the forums as usual now. That's about it.
