Head to block 20. That's where most the english speakers are. It should be easy to get a party there and start some conversations while playing. And if you have any questions, asking in public chat should do.
You look like you're new to PSOW, too. If you plan on posting here, I highly suggest looking for the character logbook thread, and posting your character there. Then, use a snip of your character's face as a signature image (No taller than mine, or wider than both mine combined), and link to that post. This gives us a face to look at when you post, making your opinions more personal.
