PSO2 Tweaker Problem

I know there's stuff out there but I've tried so many different things now. If you know any fixes to this please help me out! ^

The problem, my friend CAN open the game with the PSO2 launcher, but when he uses the Tweaker his game blackscreens as soon as the window opens, before the title screens.
He's trying to update/reinstall from the Tweaker now, he has reset Tweaker settings and ran all the fixes and checks so I don't really see why it wouldn't run. The directory's are right too.

Any idea as to why the game would work without Tweaker but not with it?
