is the lvl cap more than 80 in japan yet?

i'm curious when we'll be seeing the level cap increased beyond 80 on the US/europe servers?

Not for another month at least.

Japan got cap 90 in early April.

We should get the lvl 90 cap after the Fire Break event. Early July seems the most likely time.

And after that level cap raise, there's probably only gonna be one more level carp raise for this version of PSU, the one to level 100, which I'm sure is the ultimate cap for the original PSU.
