I only get this error in some missions and only when the nps's faces pop up on the screen and sometime players how to fix please? the game runs fine and it has only happened a few times but only in 2 missions.

Hmm, because of that picture, it is hard to make out, but I'm sure that is an outside application has taken control of the screen.
This happens when PSO2 loses access to its portion of the screen. This can happen in several ways. If you run an application that requires UAC elevation for example. Someone else also said that skype can also cause it since it uses DirectDraw to draw to the screen. So make sure that you don't run anything that requires UAC elevation, and try exiting programs like skype and see if that helps.
If not, make sure that your video drivers are up to date.
Thank you and i updated my video card driver and it might of been the problem since it was has not been updated in a year.
Know im getting " To play in this environment you must enter the mailed certification key. ? .-. i checked email like it said to do and resent one and nothing.
