Yes another back up question only read if you have backed up

I'm currently lvl81 and in fear of my character http://www.pso-world.com/images/phpb...icon_smile.gif. Does anyone know how to back up a file the right way? (they stopped selling Double Power VMU thing that could send the PSO main data file to another VMU i think)
