star atomizers are the best bet for getting sync/IQ up once it's level 200

Its been a while since I've looked up on the IQ deal for a mag. I wasn't really the Mag person. ^^;
I was more in the feild of items/weapons.
I'm pretty sure it boosts its chances of reviving you and/or enhancing the likely hood of one of its special effects to activate more often.
If that isn't it I dont know what it is.
