What would be the best way for going about this issue? Just ignore it and sigh.. or is there a way to report this? Cause its selfish and cowardly and I hate it >=(.

give them bad feedback
sega dosent do anything if you report it?
take note of who's doing it to you and don't play with them anymore. Other than that there's really not much you can do.
