How can I download the game(JP server) without using Torrent?

Heya! So we have a gaming room in our office and I requested to have the game added to the computers there - company boss approved.

However, due to company policies, I won't be able to fully follow this guide because it requires the usage of Torrent, which was right away declined by our IT department.

I would like to ask if there is any way to download the full PSO2E5JP_SETUPEN.exe(50GB) outside of Torrent and without using the installation process from the official website.

EDIT: At the very least, do we have a manual installation guide somewhere for the Japanese installer?
