Saw someone with light yellow glowing skin. Game screen froze.

Was checking the fashion catalog and saw someone with yellow skin. Was worried this was going to happen: http://www.pso-world.com/forums/show...not-responding

It didn't, but when I got out of the catalog, the screen froze. I couldn't see anything but can hear sounds of me messing around with the menu.
I had to luckily get into the ship select without seeing what's on my screen and it refreshed what I saw, but the graphics was all screwy.

Since logging back on, it seems fine now, but I'm afraid it might happen again.
What causes it and how to fix it?

I just did a clean installation of the game also.
