Constant 630s for the past month or so now

I used to be able to stay online for weeks with no issues, but now I just can't keep a stable connection anymore. I know this isn't happening to every non-Japanese player, since the few friends of mine that still play PSO2 haven't had this issue. I also know this isn't specific to one device or connection type, since my brothers and I play the game at the same time with two PCs on a wired connection, and a PS4 on a wireless connection; we all end up disconnecting at the same exact time anyway. The disconnections seem to be more frequent during JP peak hours. Of course, no other apps that use an online connection have this issue; it's specifically PSO2 only.

I thought maybe the problem was our modem, so we had it replaced (since it had separate issues in the past, anyway). Just 20 minutes after finishing the installation, we STILL 630. We connect from Ontario, Canada with no VPN or proxy, and again, this was never a issue until recently. Is anyone having similar issues?
